Welcome to Allen Estates. By accessing our website and booking our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us and the required deposit has been paid.
2. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may be subject to a partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount, depending on the property and season.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect. Any damage to the estate, furnishings, or equipment during your stay will be your responsibility and may result in additional charges.
4. Concierge Services
Concierge services are provided as a convenience. While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party vendors (e.g., private chefs, transportation services) coordinated through our team.
5. Limitation of Liability
Allen Estates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or your stay at our properties, except where required by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the booked property is located.
